7/18 Charcuterie Board Wood Burning Workshop

Create a one-of-a-kind charcuterie board while learning the art of wood burning with guest instructor Joanna Lusk of Joanna Lusk Designs. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll unleash your creativity and add a personal touch to your home while transforming a handcrafted maple charcuterie board into a functional work of art.

Each board is individually cut, sanded, and prepared by Joanna from premium food-safe maple, making every project truly unique. During this hands-on workshop, you'll choose from a variety of designs (or freehand if you're feeling brave) and learn the fundamentals of pyrography (wood burning), including design transfer, line work, shading, and finishing techniques that create beautiful, long-lasting designs.

Wood burning is a relaxing and rewarding craft that encourages creativity, patience, and attention to detail. Joanna will guide you through each step of the process, helping you build confidence while creating something both beautiful and practical for your home.

Each guest will leave with a handcrafted charcuterie board, new pyrography skills, and a finished piece they'll be proud to display or use for years to come. All supplies are included, so all you need to bring is your creativity! No prior experience is needed.

• Step-by-Step Guidance: Joanna will guide you through the fundamentals of pyrography, including design transfer, line work, shading techniques, and finishing touches that create beautiful, lasting results.
• All Materials & Tools Provided: We'll provide your handcrafted maple charcuterie board, wood-burning tools, patterns and finishing mineral oil needed to complete your project.
• Social Atmosphere: Enjoy a creative and welcoming afternoon surrounded by fellow makers while creating a beautiful piece you'll be proud to display or use at home.

• Skill Level: Beginner friendly, no experience is required. Recommended for ages 16+
• Workshop Duration: Approximately 2 hours.
