Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Craft Collective! Please review our return and refund policies below:
For Store Products:
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in resellable condition. If approved, we will issue a refund minus our initial shipping costs. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For Workshops:

Cancellations (More than 7 Days Before the Event): If you need to cancel your workshop registration more than 7 days before the event, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations (Less than 7 Days Before the Event): Due to advance material preparation and limited seating, tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
Materials & Supplies Policy: Workshops are live instructional experiences. Materials are prepared specifically for confirmed attendees and are distributed during the workshop only. Because instructors are compensated based on confirmed registrations, cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds, credits, or supply pickups.
Ticket Transfers: If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to a friend. Please email us the new attendee’s name prior to the event so we can update our list.
