In this two-hour class, you’ll learn foundational crochet skills including how to chain, double crochet, work in the round, change colors, and fasten off. You’ll also leave with ideas and inspiration for turning your granny squares into larger future projects.
Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refresh their crochet skills, this class focuses on learning techniques you can continue using long after the workshop ends.
What to Expect:
- Small Class Sizes: With only 8 spots available, our cozy workshop size means you get more hands-on help in an intimate learning environment. We're all about creating a quality crafting experience!
- Step-by-Step Guidance: Becka has been crocheting for over 19 years and has taught workshops throughout Portland and Vancouver, including Flock Fiber Fest. Known for her warm and encouraging teaching style, she is passionate about helping students feel comfortable, confident, and supported throughout their fiber journey.
- All Materials & Tools Provided: We supply everything you need. Each guest will receive two skeins of worsted yarn and a 5 mm soft touch crochet hook to use during class and take home afterward.
- Social Atmosphere: Enjoy a fun and relaxed environment where you can meet new friends and share your love of creating.
